HW: DELL, Intel i7, Radeon RX graphics

Open hotkey list. Ctrl+L is not in the list.

On my system Ctlr+L does not work with language "Auto". If I switch to "American English", Ctrl+L works. Even if Ctrl+L works, it is not in the hotkey list.

That key combination is listed in the documentation, but unfortunately not in the application which prevents you from reassigning it.

You could consider opening a "missing feature" bug at https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/
