Hi, I don't really understand what you want to achieve, is it about burning the subtitle into the video ?
https://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:Streaming_HowTo/Advanced_Streaming_Using_the_Command_Line/#soverlay
This can be done with the file->convert/save menu

VLC support for muxing subtitles is very low, you can try a software like handbrake for this.

Yes I understand. If you use handbrake, you can calibrate both tracks and be ok with it without subtitle track synchronization afterwards, or you can even use it afterwards if needed.
What I'm telling you is that in the big picture you can't mux (meaning combine both tracks) the subtitles with VLC, so either you burn them with what I told in the first message, or you use handbrake.
