Incorrect video title displayed in playlist pane.

Hi,

I'm using VLC player 3.0.6 and what I've discovered is that the title of the video is not what is displayed in windows explorer.

When right clicking on the title in the playlist and click on Information and General the title is incorrect.

In some cases I can change the title and then click Save Metadata and save the playlist and the title is then correct after double clicking on .xspf.

But in some cases this doesn't work and the title reverts to its previous value.

Is there a workaround to resolve this issue?

This problem doesn't exist in Films and TV on Windows 10.

What format is the file? Can you share it? What does mediainfo say?

All entries are blank in Media Information window except for encoded by and title.

On Media info :
Encoded by:
Lavf57.71.100

I meant the mediainfo program, not the media info of VLC.
