Media -> Open Network Stream...
Enter the URL and click the "Play" button.

Appears to load the video but doesn't start playing. No error.
Clicking the play button it will flash the video image. But still not play.

quick guess: "-"

Do you mean the hyphen "-" in the query string?
What would be the solution?

These two videos with a hyphen "-" in their query string play just fine.
