how to create a disc to play on a blu-ray player

I want to extract one track from an audio CD and then turn that into a CD that I can play on the
Blu-ray player that is connected to my tv speaker system. Extracting the one track is not a
problem, but I don't know how to turn that into a CD that will play on the Blu-ray player. On the
Blu-ray player it says that the disc is a "data" disc.

Is this something that VideoLan can do?
