Hi.
I`m having a problem whit the codec MPEG-H Part2/HEVC (h265) the image is ... not an image
if i convert it whit HandBrake it works well i can see it how ever it takes a long time...
PS
pls do somthing abount your anti spam filter... i was unable to make an account because of it changed my ip 3 times so that i could try to make an account in the end i give up and found this account on the internet.

Do you use an AMD RX Vega by any chance ?

I have an Asus X541UVK Intel HD 620 and Nvidia GT920MX 8Gb Ram I3-7100U
Os Win10 Pro
VLC 3.0.4
I did install sony vegas 14 to use cuda accell to convert it faster since that works but sony vegas does not accept mkv files so i remove it instantly
I allso try K-Lite Full but that allso did not work it manage to render 1-2 secondes and then ended up the same.

This seems like a P010 (10 bits) display issue from the driver. Can you try to update your drivers ? In the past there were similar issues with AMD cards but they fixed the drivers.

If it doesn't work can you share a part of the file ? Just the few first seconds with the issue will be enough.

I don`t know exactly how to cut the file and save it in the same format.
As for drivers i have the new nvidia drivers how ever i cant get any new intel drivers because asus does not update them and on the intel site wen i try to install those it says i have "custom parts" or something similar.
I`m stuck whit intel driver 22.20.16.4836 i also try some custom drivers from different sources but it failed to install...

Ok you are right its the shitty intel driver i disabled the card completely, left the nvidia and played the video again and i can see it no problem...
it does suck that i can`t update the intel driver...
