put the control panel in another display

I have set to show my video in the display 2, how can I remain the control panel in the display 1 ?
In preferences > interface, you can:
- disable "integrate video in interface"
- disable "show controls in full screen mode"
VLC interface will remain on the screen it was an the other window can be set to fullscreen without the control bar.
