windows in properties of a file determine the moment of its creation.
So I think is possible to determine any moment of an audio track.
Can VLC inform or present in screen the time of any moment ?

By example I has an audio of half an hour created 22.08.2018 (2018.08.22) at 22.30.05 hours
the the minute 10 obviously will be 22.40.05 hours and I would like see this information in the audio window . It is possible ?

unfortunately no: time written inside the audio file data is relative: it starts at 0:00:00, and not the time of the file was created.
Finding a link between the file creation date and the relative audio time does not always have a real meaning: for example, an old song recently converted to another format file would probably have little interest of having this kind of information.

I need to determine the exact time in this case. Suppose the moment of creation of the file was 2018.08.22 at 09.00.00 hours.
It's not an old song. It's a real fact happened a few days ago. I have the moment of creation of that file : date and time.
As you say the audio starts at 0:00:00
Can I obtain the total time recorded ? (i suppose YES)
When the time is 0:05:30 (five minutes, thirty seconds) can I obtain the moment ? I suppose YES because I have the moment I have created the file. So 0:05:30 is 2018.08.22 at 09.05.30 hours.
What I need is a script to show this, but I think I can calculate . Can you help me or show some new idea ?

I think audacity have a plugin for this purpose.

I have lost the original file when I move from the mobile device. Now the creation date is the date and hour I move the file....
So i make this error and now all is more difficult.
I think I have to determine the exacta date of creation of audio before I move.....
