Center and Bold Text in VLC Title Bar

Using VLC 3.0.3 64-bit on Windows 10 1803.

Recently bought a new laptop running Win10, and after installing VLC, I noted right away that the title of the videos I play are no longer center-aligned, but are now left-aligned. They are also not bold anymore. Maybe I am misremembering the bold part, but I was using v3.0.2 in my old Windows 8.1 laptop, and the text was definitely center-aligned (and maybe bold) by default.

Is there a way to change this in VLC so that the title bar text is bold and/or center-aligned?

I have skimmed through Preferences but couldn't find any settings, so if there are indeed any, please specify where exactly to find these. Thanks in advance :)

Hello,

all the settings regarding the overlayed text display (including the media title at the start of the playback) can be find in:

Tools -> Preferences -> Subtitles/OSD

You can find the Position and the text flavors on it.

I was referring to the Windows 10's Title Bar on the very top. Subtitle settings, I know.

However, its ok, I found out its one of those inexplicable thing Microsoft does where it just changed small stuff between Win8 and Win10 with no way to revert it back again. The alignment of the title bar is one of those casualties. Its ugly, its not user friendly, it goes against decades of conditioning a user to always see the title centered, but there it is. I...I'll stop ranting now...
