Where did the "always on top" option go?

I just installed a new version through auto update but the "always on top" option in the video tab is gone. Can you PLEASE add it back? I really like having the option to play videos in VLC and browse the internet at the same time.

Now it is located under the "View" in the menu.

Why? It was a lot easier to change the setting before. It used to take two mouse clicks to change the setting in the video tab. Now I have to open up the preferences menu, click view all settings, click the video setting, click the always on top checkbox, click save, and then since the setting doesn't change until you restart VLC I have to close the window and reopen the video. Doing all of this takes a minimum of 9 mouse clicks, not to mention having to move the mouse back and forth all over the screen. I don't understand why you made it so much harder to change the always on top setting.

What? No.
Before:
Menu -> Video -> Always on Top.
After:
Menu -> View -> Always on Top.

It's so difficult to get to , it should be easier in the right-click context menu at least and using a custom skin, for some reason there is no "view" under context menu neither ... not even a short cut
