Can't delete/reset settings to default

Hi!
I can't delete/reset settings to default.
I'm using Windows 10 and i try both version 3.0/2.5
I set "language" to British English and "volume" to 15.
Steps:
- Uninstall with "delete settings/cache"
- %appdata% vlc deleted
- C/programs/Videolan folder deleted
- reinstalled program with "delete settings"

When i open vlc, i see the "privacy and network" window but all the settings aren't to default.
Language is still "british english" and "volume" is "15".
I try to delete version 3.0 and reinstalling 2.5, setting "language" American English and "volume" 28.
If i repeat all steps uninstalling\reinstalling, the settings remain the same (American English and volume 28)

If i reset settings in the settings menu, the language become "Auto" and it seems ok, but volume and other external settings remain the same.

So... The are more folders where VLC settings is located?

P.S. I try to reboot the system after uninstalling without any improvement.

Thanks.

Obviously "external" settings are not included in that, and never will be.

Thank you. I don't think these "external" are about "volume" only, so i would like to delete all folders about Vlc and reinstalling.
Can you tell me in which folder they are located?
Or better... Can you list me all Videolan folders, so i can delete manually?
- %Appdata%/Vlc
- C/Programs/Videolan
.... ?

Language setting is stored in windows registry.
The point of this thread is of course:
Should we not delete all OR most of the registy entries VLC media player has made when the application is uninstalled?
AND should we not allow users to reset all OR most of the registy entries VLC maintains when the user chooses to reset all preferences?
