are you refering to the swscale filter ?
Which option do you have set ?

yes with no option filter
but with direct 3d 11 video
post processing level "6"
h264 filter "all"
with "placebo" preset and "high444" plofil with "51"

try to set video output and hardware acceleration to "automatic".
Swscale is automatically applied if necessary, so I am not sure you have to force it in your configuration.

It does not change anything, I even reset the settings by just activating the filter, nothing
