Trying to package this app via SCCM and want to do it silently without future updates, and no plugins if possible.

Searched online but only found older versions in which command line arguments didn't apply.

Yea, it is surprisingly hard to find those arguments, very strange no one at VLC found this valuable to share.
The howto installation page is pretty useless:

Does anyone know if vlc use a 3rd part install like e.g. Inno?
