Why not DISABLE, by default, the "Resize interface to video size" flag?

IMHO, that's the real default (also because it's the FIRST flag i untick when i first install or reset prefs since i use VLC )

this is not a stupid request.
Unfortunately, a **lot** of VLC users prefer to have this enabled by default.
