Saved recording from VLC stutters.

Hello,
Whenever I record a clip from a video file the saved clip ends up with horrible stuttering issues, under Tools > Messages, it spams this:
Anyone know what to do?

The source file that the clip is recorded from doesn't have this issue, only the VLC recording.main warning: picture is too late to be displayed (missing 32 ms)

Anyone know what to do?
