configuration of fonts of control interface seem inaccessible

I'm running 3.0.1 on Windows 10.
By using qtdiag I was able to determine that VLC's font size is 8.
Is there any config location other than vlcrc or vlc-qt-interface.ini that actually affect the fonts VLC uses?

Hello,

VLC doesn't provide an option to change the font used by the interface.
