0.8.5-svn-20051121 play file ok,but play capture crash

0.8.5-svn-20051121 solve problem of my computer restart when play local file, but open capture video device will crash program( software encoding card).
another , vlc and libvlc , wxwindgets are compiled on ms vc, but can not call those plugins compiled on cygwin, why ??

What do you mean by software encoding card ?

Make sure you got the latest driver. Our DirectShow module is known to cause crash on various drivers( which are buggy, it shouldn't be possible for a programm to crash the OS)

software encoding card , make mpeg4 by softare , tha card only do capture.

in svn-20051124 and 0.8.4-test, open capture don't restart computer, but program still crashed.


open capture , not play , only streaming out , failed.
