how can i have biography and avoid to have several photo in my c:?

at work i use vlc 3 portable , in short i download the 32bit zip and i have unzipped on my external hard disk
may i ask to have the biography is enough login in last.fm and is there a way to don't save covers and other jpg files in C: ?
