VLC 3.0.0 - Recording Content from UPnP-Source is broken

Hello,
I installed the VLC-Version 3.0.0 on Windows 10 Operating System and can play UPnP-Content from local Network.
The VLC-Version 3.0.0 find the UPnP-Content match faster then the 2.2.x-Versions.
But recording the same content with the Version 3.0.0 is broken.
I try it unsuccessful with and without transcoding.
Are there any Ideas to repair the record-function?
