Where in VLC 2.2.x can I add "PC51d.sf2" and what is the file used for - i think for MIDI playback? I have a windows 7 box.....

Use VLC 3 nightly build or VLC 2.0.x

Is 3.x stable?

just trying to figure out if i really need to use the PC51d.sf2 file....
