I've recently had to reinstall VLC again due to technical issues. With this, i'm trying to reconfigure the toolbar, but as stated in the title, i'm having some trouble. I am unable to see the second line of tools on the toolbar. I've tried many things and can't seem to get it. I can see the preview with the second line in the preview screen but on the real screen it doesn't appear.Another problem too, my preferences aren't working correctly. I programme left and right arrow key for short forwards and backwards jump, but when i go to use them whilst a video is playing, nothing happens Thanks for any help in advance!
This is all on Windows.
