Hello,

Same issue here, VLC 2.2.6 x64 or even downgrade to 2.2.1 x64 the mouse cursor doesn't disappear in full screen mode or may disappear only once (randomly) but if you move the mouse once again it doesn't. Same issue on three different configuration on Windows 10 1709 (fall creator update 16299.19 (the latest available currently)). Firefox or even windows media player works well.

Bonjour,

Cordialement,

is there any fix/workaround for the 2.2.6? If not, is the 3.0.0. stable/usable? Which Version exactly?

Could a fix not be rolled in to the 2.2.x maintenance branch whilst we wait for version 3's stable release?

This could be something to do with settings. My one is 2.2.6 and Windows Creators update. No problems. The reason that 3.0 works may be due to resetting settings. Try "Rest preferences and system caches" from the Windows startup menu.

yup, with the fall creators update the mouse cursor doesn't disapear, I even reset the settings and uninstalled yet still the same, can you make a fix for 2.2.6 till 3.0.0 stable is released?

Actually my VLC is version 2.2.3. I have no such problem.

I have had the same problem since the windows 10 update, with my cursor staying on-screen. I tried VLC versions 2.2.6 and 3.0.0 and cleared/reset the settings, but the problem still exists. Does anyone have a fix for this yet?

If the cursor doesn't hide after the set delay in fullscreen mode, tap the 'F' key to exit fullscreen and tap it again to toggle back to fullscreen - the cursor will hide.
