Is it possible to lock the size/dimension/location of the player window?

I've set the player window to a specific height & width, every time I load a new video it resets the dimensions of the player and I have to reset the height & width again. Is there any way to load a new video and keep the player window set?

open the vlc
set the player window to a specific height & width you want
and then go to C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\vlc
and make "read only" this 3 files : ml.xspf, vlc-qt-interface.ini and vlcrc
press ok
