Possible Decoder plugin for encrypted seca2 channels

With VLS and VLC it is possible to stream dvb channels, but it is also possible to stream decoded channels like C+.

To view these channels you need to descramble these. To descramble these you need to have a C+ subscription, which I of course have. With a cardserver like newcamd it is possible to serve these codes of the card to a program.

I am not a programmer, but here is my question. Is there a possibility to make a plugin which has the posibility to view a scrambled stream send by vls in VLC by the use of a plugin.

I have code in C to descramble I have also code in C to connect to a cardserver. Only the cardserver uses some special interfaces from Linux, but I already heard that it is possibly to change that code so it can be used cross platform.
The only problem is that I cannot program in C, I can only read it and I can program a very little in Java.

So may be are here people which are interested in this project to make a decoder for SECA2 streams.

I hope more people are interested, especially the design team of VLC (they now how plugins and VLC works) and other people which can program very well.

Ps. This is not illegal, because SECA2 is a open standard from Mediaguard. If this works it can be expaned to other encryption methods.
