I have purchased a new Logitech MX Master mouse and it has a horizontal wheel,
i tried to use it while watching a video but it does exactly as the normal "y axis" wheel does - controls the volume.

I've looked inside the hotkey settings and it has no option for a side scroll or horizontal wheel scroll, is there any way to enable it?

You may check something like AutoHotkey that can tweak the horizontal scroll into a jump to previous/next seconds.
