Distribute ts as VLC executable?

Hi!
I wonder how to distribute certain video to art academy. Idea is to somehow create single file:
But if you run the .exe and it plays a video, that isn't actually a video file. It's a launcher that is loading and playing the video.
Such program could be started from SD card or even booted from like Windows install?
Concept of custom Debian ISOs is also new for communications companies like 3CX

Use the .zip versions of VLC unzipped on the SD card.

That's it! Just like there is self extracting zip archive, there could be sout option to create self playing archive?
I got a ticket today saying a video that was needing to be uploaded to a site would not upload because it was .exe. I thought she was crazy. lol.

As you can see this is pretty serious content. It's clear all about monetizing digital media?

That can lead to next idea of distributing media with Raspberry Pi Zero like player which will play only with compiled ts-csa-ck key :idea:
