questions about errors when opening files converted to mp3 format.

Hello all member!
I've followed every how-to guide I've found, I install the Lua, and this is the message I get literally every time I try:
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'https://r3---sn-n0qqxoapo3-jmve.googlev ... F6A6A91DA1'. Check the log for details.
The log is also a thing I can't find in either AppData or Program Files.
