Windows Shrinks a little at a time.

I use VLC all the time. I set the video window and detached playlist to the same size (6"x3" on my 24" monitor) then double click on the video to go full screen after my title starts playing.
Every time I stop the video the video windows gets a tiny bit shorter then it was when I opened the program but the width stays the same. It takes several days to even notice it.
If I never resize the window before closing the program it, eventually it's just a row of buttons.
Just some odd behavior that doesn't affect it playing my videos.
