VLC won't play audio or video

I had to do a Windows10 clean install. Everything was going great as I add all my software back but all of a sunned VLC stopped playing audio and video files. I get the following 2 error messages.

Audio Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file:///D:/Torrents/Music/000%20Ferrell%20Compilation%20Leveled/%28So%20Far%20Away.mp3'. Check the log for details.

Video Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file:///D:/Torrents/TV%20Shows/01/01%20man.with.a.plan.113.hdtv-lol%5Bettv%5D.mkv'. Check the log for details.

Bothof these exact files played 2 days ago./ I uninstalled and reinstalled VLC but no joy. I can upload the log file if I knew where it is?

and in D:/Torrents/TV Shows/01/?

What files? I don't know where the .LOG files are stored

I'm trying to play a video that was made using app on phone but can not get any player to play I get this error:trying to play video get this error- Unknown error core error: buffer deadlock prevented core error: buffer deadlock prevented core error: buffer deadlock prevented core error: buffer deadlock prevented core error: buffer deadlock prevented core error: buffer deadlock prevented core error: buffer deadlock prevented
This just keeps repeating any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I fixed my issue. I uninstalled VLC 2.2.4 x64, installed VLC 2.2.3 x64 then upgraded to VLC 2.2.4 x64 and all is well???
