Recovered Video File Not Playing Correctly

Hi guys, I'm new to this so please go easy :)

I have a video file from a tablet that was deleted accidentally and subsequently recovered using Recuva. The file shows the correct data size, correct time etc and doesn't show any error messages when opened. The issue I have is that it plays the first 3 secs or so correctly but then freezes on one of the frames with no audio, however the time still ticks along to the end without crashing VLC.

I've tried other recovery programs with the same result and also other media players. I've even tried transferring it back to the tablet only to get the same result.

Any suggestions?
Ta

Looks like your file is not complete and some parts might be missing.

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.

Also upload a short sample of a problematic file to either http://streams.videolan.org/upload/ or to Zippyshare.com (200 MB max) or to EmbedUpload.com, the latter will upload the file for you to several other hosts (use the default ones) and then post the link to the file here.

If needed cut it with DGsplit and read here about how to do it:

50 MB max should be enough.

scan your drive with another recovery software and see if the data is recoverable by previewing your files.
