Awhile ago,VLC stopped functioning on the one website that I use it for. It is a weather website that has streaming live video of the sky conditions in Madison Wisconsin. It is run by the University.
The message I keep getting is, Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://roofcam.ssec.wisc.edu:8080/'. Check the log for details.
If someone would be kind enough to check this link, http://metobs.ssec.wisc.edu/aoss/cameras/ And see if they are successful in viewing the streaming video I would be very grateful. I’ve tried to find the logs that the error message refers to but I don’t seem to be able to find them. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the program and that doesn’t help. Any suggestions were other information would be greatly appreciated.
