Streaming from VLM Configuration

At last the VLM Configurator can export and import settings for multiple stream channels.
Only problem now seems to be that when you Name a Stream, "Select Input", then "Select Output" the Source Box is always blank.
Thus the streaming does not take place when you try to play. The latter does work when you stream from the main menu.
