Using an MP4 on Windows 8.1 (cannot and will not upgrade due to software constraints at work). Taking a snapshot produced a green bar at the bottom of the photo. I was using 2.2.2 and had a green bar under the photo. I switched output to Open GL and was able to make it go away. Today I upgraded to 2.2.4 and the issue returned. I cannot make it go away and downgrading back to 2.2.2 did nothing. I'm at a loss for this, and apologies but I'm not very good with the advanced configuration stuff.

Any help is appreciated.
