I have a netbook (Acer Aspire One, 4 GB ram, Windows 7 64 bit, AMD Radeon HD 6290, VLC 2.2.3 64 bit): mp4 files and blu-rays play choppy, not fluid.

Ok, the netbook is pretty old and not very powerful, but what really annoys me is that mp4 files and blu-rays play fluid with stupid PowerDVD.
I spent some times trying to change some settings (enable/disable hardware acceleration...), but no improvement.

Then, there's a little issue since I've updated to VLC 2.2.3. This happens on all my computers: when I open a video, it starts with horizontal black bands of a a determinated size, but then, while playing, they're are resized and become a little wider.
