Silent Installation not working in 2.2.3?

Hey guys!
I want to make two things clear right from the start.
1: I'm from Germany, so I'm not a native english speaker.
2: I'm a trainee in 1st grade, so I'm not THAT firm with all the fancy technical stuff.
We are using vlc in our company and we are usually installing it via command line script (.bat) with --no-qt-privacy-ask and /S for user friendlyness.
However, since 2.2.3 came out the /S isn't working anymore and every time we use our script, an annoying install dialogue pops up.
Has something changed in the commands/switches in recent versions?
My workmate just noticed, that if we just use /S without privacy-switch, it works. But then the window with privacy settings pops up on first use, which is of course something we don't want to bother our employees with.
Are there some kind of priorities in this kind of switch-commands?
Thanks in advance,
Marc
