hi forum,
I want to stream a live video over LAN 100mbit/s . With an old TV card ( hauppauge Wn TV from2001) It is possible to stream, but I've got a delay of 1,5 seconds but I need this stream in realtime. Does anybody know wich card is fast enough.
second question:
now I'm using directshow for streaming is this Windows API fast enough in general for live streaming?
