VLC snapshot error in file names

Hi,
since I switched to Windows 10 and freshly installed VLC (currently 2.2.2. Weatherwax) I can use the snapshot feature but the file name doesn't write the timestamp.

Normally the file name looks like this:"vlcsnap-2016-01-18-20h28m42s422.jpg"
But now I only get:"vlcsnap-error426.jpg"for example.

Settings didn't change.
Have a look in the attached image

I found bug report about it, but it got closed 3 years ago.
https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/9449

So what is the solution to fix it??

I also had this error on Windows 10 64 bit with VLC 2.2.2 64 bit (as well as 2.2.1 and 2.1.5 64 bit) - replacing it with the 32 bit version solved it.

Thank you!
After deleting the x64 Version and installing the x86 Version, I can confirm that the screen-capture files now have the correct time stamp in their name.

Error persists in 2.2.6 Umbrella.

Thank you for the solution, but it is such a pain to re-set it up, especially to re-customise the interface :(
