VLC media player on my Windows Vista PC has suddenly lost luminance in all videos.
This applies to videos that I know it used to play well, and which still play well in Windows Media Player,
and also to locally captured video (though file titles and subtitles still show correctly).
The display is black with faint red and blue images if it is a colour video, otherwise just black.
Sound is ok. I have updated VLC from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 with no improvement.
Can you help?
