[BUG] (VLC 2.2.2) Adds a green bar at the bottom of the player

This is really annoying, the player now in 2.2.2 adds a small green bar which is displayed from the program, not the video.
Reverting back to an older build, seems like these buggy updates is a regular thing with VLC.
