Vlc audio effects bug

[DroneVlc]

- click some video from explorer to open it with vlc
- open adjustments and effects
- go equalizer
- Enable it ( optionally select 2 pass and presset )
- Write changes to config
- Close vlc
- click the video from explorer to open it
- listen.. sound not the same
- goto adjustments and effects
- go equalizer
- it shows correctly last configuration checked ( except presset appears blank, thats not the problem though )
- disable equalizer, enable again... it sounds correctly

So my guess is, configuration of equalizer is stored to disk and read when opened, but not used, you need to re-enable manually each time

please fix it.
