VLC stutter with MKVs and crashing

Hello,
I'm having problem with VLC. When I play HD MKVs I'm having problem with stutter and lagging.
I trayed to solve the problem with enabling the hardware acceleration but it didn't help no matter if I set it to automatic or diretx. I also tryed to solve the problem with the latest drivers. But it also didn't helped. Then I tryed to play the same video in other players like MPC-HC and Potplayer and in both players the file played fine with and without hardware acceleration. I aslo noticed that the stutter and the crashing only happens on Windows because I tryed to play the same file on the same PC but with VLC on Ubuntu and on Ubuntu the player worked just fine. There was no stutter no matter on Hardware acceleration and also when I turned on the hardware acceleration there was no crash.
My pc is a Laptop Lenovo z51-70.
The laptop specs are:
CPU: Intel Core i3 5005U
RAM: 4gb
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 5500 and ATI AMD Radeon(TM) R7 M360
Here is the log of vlc when playing the video on the part where it stutters. Why is the stuttering happening and why vlc crashes with hardware acceleration
