Any ways to retrieve Time / Date at the start of a video stream

Postby supersticks » 31 Dec 2015 03:38

Hi folks, just checking if there is a way through cli/gui/script to retrieve the specific system time /date(example: video starts streaming at 15:01:37) at the point of the start of a video stream (eg. by rtp/rtsp) ?
I could not seem to find any information through debug window regarding time or date when the stream starts.
I tried using windows bat command @echo %time% at the point where it executes the command to transcode the stream but realized that it is not accurate enough.
Any response will be greatly appreciated.
