Can not stream to VLC Win CE build. I build using all the instructions, all comes up but will not receive streamed video of any type. This has got to be the most frustrating thing I have ever come across. Open source my butt.

By the way, I built with several source trees even going back to 20050701. Someone built it recently. Hey, heres an idea, why not update the sources and libs?
