Can't play blu rays?

I have tried to get VLC to play blu rays following the steps in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZAbZQDOOio) on windows 7 64 bit but i get the following error message:

Blu-ray error:
No valid processing key found in AACS config file.
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'bluray:///D:/'. Check the log for details.

I have also downloaded AACS updater but this hasn't helped. Any ideas?
