Capture Card Limited to 320x240

Postby NoAffinity » 22 Sep 2015 04:46

I am using VLC to play video captured by a Sabrent PCIRC TV tuner card, in Windows 7 32-bit. I "Open Catpure Device", then open Advanced Options, and check the "Device Properties" box, then click okay. I then click "Play" and configure the settings that I want. In the Stream Format menu, the only available resolution is 320x240. This card supposedly supports up to 720x576. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to get the supported resolutions to display and be selectable in the Stream Format menu, or failing that, to force a resolution that the card supports?
