VLC doesn't stream from DLNA on Windows 10

VLC will actually download the entire file before playing it.
Even WMP can stream it.

What's going on here?

How did you discover that VLC might be downloading the entire file before playback? Are you using VLC from Windows Store or the regular, classic VLC version?
