Upgraded to 2.2.1 and now all audio plays weird

Plaing Mp3 i get pause, slowdowns, speedups which i never heard of before.

Playing Video I get the same problems

Now I have a core i7, and the cpus are running at around 5% usage, and this happens even when im just surfing and playing music in the backgound.

Try another audio output module:

If it doesn't help then try to reset the preferences:
