Failure to rip FLAC

I've had this problem for some time now and am NOT getting any response. VLC will NOT rip complete CD's in FLAC format. Once in a while I'll get it to rip a song, but that's it. I've D/L the latest version of VLC and still cannot get it to perform correctly. NOW, what must be done to get VLC to rip entire CD in FLAC format within Win7?

Hello, while future versions might support it, current versions of VLC only support track by track ripping, since this is not the intended use-case to be honest.

Mr. Kuhne:

Are you saying that track-by-track ripping is the only way w/MSWin 7? I can assure you I have ripped entire CD's in FLAC w/VLC before, I cannot recall if it was within MSWin but I do know I could within Linux.
Thanx:
Rick
