how to receive multiple streamings and save with time information

Hi

I am trying to receive multiple streaming( audio and video from multiple android / windows phones) but even though I can see the multiple IP addresses from playlist view it only receive from one streamer at a time.
I used Vlc direct .bat on windows.

Two things
1. receiveing multiple streaming / multi or broadcasting on windows player. ( it is ok If I have to have multiple vlc players seperately)

2. how to save each streaming data to file into multiple files (ex. each file have 3 mins with streamer's timestamp - for accuracy - NOT with windows time stamp)


Mian purpose is recording multiple streams with time stamp to mornitoring 24 hours or more...
hopely, there is a way to do and restart when windows or vlc have a crash.
