The VideoLAN Forums

When I watch videos the video will stop and the audio loops about every 5 seconds. When this happens, I have to kill VLC from the task manager but the process won't terminate until a minute later. I am trying to watch a movie and it has happened twice already. I am starting to get very pissed off.

This is still --please stay polite-- happening even after deleting my settings file. Where are the --please stay polite-- devs? I want answers!!!

Any one have a --please stay polite-- clue as to why this is happening?

my video freezes but my audio will keep going till the end then sometimes vlc will just disappear if i move my mouse over it while its playing a video...
